When you mentioned air regulator, I decided to dig into it a little more and how it functions. I realized that if air is leaking through the air regulator when it is not supposed to there is for a lack of a better term internal vacuum leak and would cause one of my cylinder banks to run leaner than the other side.
As soon as I pinched the rubber hose feeding the air regulator, my idle calmed down and became smooth with the AFR reading usual ~14.7. I'm going to completely delete the air regulator as it seems it is unnecessary and apparently the AAC can keep the idle high enough during warm up.
